Welcome to AooMail. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Services
AooMail provides professional email hosting, either on a free @aoomail.in address or on your own domain under a paid plan, along with related setup and support services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up, including a domain you own or control (for paid plans).
3. Free Plan & Fair Use Policy
Our Free plan (you@aoomail.in) is provided as-is, to help you try our service before upgrading to your own domain. The following conditions apply specifically to Free plan accounts:
- No SLA or uptime guarantee. The Free plan is offered without any guaranteed uptime, response time, or service level commitment.
- Fair use limits apply. We may set reasonable limits on storage, number of emails sent/received, or number of accounts per person, and may adjust these limits at any time without notice.
- Not for high-volume or commercial bulk use. The Free plan may not be used for bulk emailing, marketing campaigns, automated systems, or any activity inconsistent with normal personal or small business use.
- Suspension or termination. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any Free plan account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected abuse, spam, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.
- No data retention guarantee. While we take reasonable care of your data, we do not guarantee permanent retention or backup of Free plan mailbox content. We recommend keeping your own backups of important emails.
- Limited support. Free plan accounts receive best-effort support only, with no guaranteed response time.
- Feature changes. Features available on the Free plan may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.
- By using the Free plan, you agree that AooMail shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from suspension, limitation, feature changes, or discontinuation of the Free plan.
4. Service Availability
While we strive to keep our services running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on any plan. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
5. Pricing & Payments
AooMail offers a Free plan as well as Monthly, Annual, and 3-Year paid billing cycles, as listed on our website. Prices may change from time to time, with advance notice to existing paid subscribers. Longer billing cycles are billed upfront for the full period.
6. Prohibited Use
- Using our services to send spam, malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Using our services in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
- Using the Free plan for bulk, automated, or commercial mass-emailing purposes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account (free or paid) that violates these terms, without prior notice, at our discretion. For paid accounts, any applicable refund will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AooMail shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of email access — arising from the use of our services, whether on a free or paid plan.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
